Aalamdar provides coordination services. These terms describe the scope of our service and its limits.
Scope of service
We coordinate healthcare access, appointments, provider communication, quotations, approvals and administrative follow-up. We do not provide medical treatment, insurance cover or claims adjudication.
Commitments
No commitment is made on a provider's behalf without agreement. Quotations, approvals, invoices and payments are distinct records and are not interchangeable.
